AUTHORS - Terms of Use
As an author, we want you to submit content for inclusion in our article directory; however, by your submitting content to us you are agreeing with the following terms of use.
In submitting an article you are confirming that you are the original author of the content submitted or that you have copyright for all materials submitted, even if written by a hired writer.
Submission of an article for inclusion in our directory does not guarantee that the article will be posted or remain posted. At our sole discretion, an article may be removed at any time. In the main this will be due to unsuitable content.
We may re-categorize your content if we deem the category you selected to be wrong.
You agree that we may post your article on our website, partner sites and distribute via any viable electronic format to our readers / other publishers.
You are agreeing that others may obtain your content and post it on their website or distribute to their visitors and readers via whatever format they deem appropriate.
You are agreeing that you will comply with ALL of our submission guidelines.
We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
8: We reserve the right to require Publishers to copy not only your article content but also the following statement at the bottom of each article ' Distributed by - The Article Store' with a hyperlink to the Article Store.
Lastly, if any of the above terms are not acceptable to you then we suggest that you do not submit content to us at this time. As an author, if you have visual proof that someone is unlawfully stealing your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately from our directory.
As a general disclaimer, The Article Store does not endorse any author, website, or product mentioned in any content that is not expressly written by us.
